To start the services of BANKIT from your shop, you need to follow the below-mentioned steps-
- Visit the official website of BANKIT- https://www.bankit.in/
- Click on the “Sign Up” option.
- Fill in all the details and click on the “Register” button.
- Verify your number by entering the OTP sent on your registered mobile number and complete the “Sign Up” process.
- You will then be able to see the various plans that BANKIT offers. Choose a plan and make an online payment.
- After making the payment, you will receive a call from the team of BANKIT or you will receive a mail.
- You will be asked to complete your KYC.
- After the completion of your KYC, your BANKIT Agent ID and password will be sent to your registered email address.
When will I receive the commission that I earn?
The commission earned by you in any form will reflect in your Agent Portal instantly

What is a Wallet Balance?
Wallet balance is the balance that is shown on the portal when you log in to your Agent Portal. The wallet is reloadable and there are three different ways to add money to your BANKIT wallet like Cash in Bank, CDM, NEFT/RTGS/FT/IMPS and Power Pay.
What if I don't have a wallet balance in my Agent Portal and a customer asks for a service?
As the BANKIT wallet is reloadable, you can reload your wallet instantly by using any of the means. BANKIT has assigned different charges for different means through which the wallet has to be loaded. When you reload your wallet, you can see the charge that you have to pay depending on the type of means (Cash in Bank, CDM, NEFT/RTGS/FT/IMPS and Power Pay) through which you wish to add money to your BANKIT wallet.
Can I transfer the commission from my BANKIT Wallet to my Bank account?
Yes, you can transfer the commission from your BANKIT Wallet to your Bank Account. Moreover, you can use the commission earned on your next transaction.

How much money can I transfer through DMT Service in a day?
BANKIT do not provide money transfer limit for a day. BANKIT provides a limit of 25,000/- per month for an individual without KYC. If the KYC of an individual is completed, you can transfer 50,000/- of that person in a month.
At how much rate am I eligible to use the DMT Service of BANKIT?
BANKIT has set up different rates for different plans. However, the standard rate to transfer money through the DMT Service of BANKIT is 1%, i.e., you will be charged 1% of the amount you are going to transfer, out of which, you will receive a cashback at the rate of 0.43% in your Agent Portal.
Can DMT Service be used on public holidays and after Bank hours?
The DMT Service of BANKIT is available 24/7, on holidays, public holidays and after Bank hours also. You can transfer the money of your customers anytime and from anywhere.

My money transfer transaction is 'In progress'. What should I do?
If your money transfer is in progress, kindly wait for 24 bank working hours for an update. If the transfer succeeds, it will be credited to the beneficiary account and if it fails, the amount will be reversed and it will reflect in your BANKIT wallet.
What services can I offer to the customers using AePS?
AePS is an Aadhaar payment system in which Aadhaar, which is linked to people’s banks is used for various banking services like-

AePS transaction has failed, however amount is debited, what should I do?
If a transaction fails, the customer’s money will be reversed into their account within 3-4 working days. You can call our customer care at +91 8142600000 or check the mini statement to check the reversal.
What does the 'Invalid agent/CSR code' error mean, while doing an AePS transaction?
“Invalid agent/CSR code” error occurs when a customer’s Aadhaar number is not responding to the associated fingerprint.
What does 'No Checking Account' error mean, while doing an AePS transaction?
“No Checking Account” error occurs when a customer’s Aadhaar Number is not linked to the customer’s bank a/c.

Yes, BANKIT offers a definite amount of commission to its Agents for making transactions using the Mini ATM. However, the commission offered may vary.
What card can I use with Mini ATM device of BANKIT?
You can use the debit card of any bank with the Mini ATM device of BANKIT. All cards issued by Visa, MasterCard & RuPay are accepted. Currently, we support only Debit Card cash withdrawal and do NOT allow credit cards or prepaid cards.
The Mini ATM transaction has timed out, but the amount is debited from the customer's account. What to do?
If the Mini ATM transaction has timed out but the amount is debited, it will be reversed to the customer’s account within one week. In case of delay beyond that, the retailer can call customer service to register the complaint.
What are the multiple recharges that can be done from BANKIT Portal and Agent App?

You will need the following customer details for electricity bill payment:

Electricity bill payment is successful, but amount isn't updated. What can be done?
If the payment is successful, please wait for 24 working hours for the payment to reflect in the provider’s account. If it isn’t updated in 24 hours, please raise a complaint with the help of information available on the Agent Portal.
Electricity bill payment has failed, but amount has been debited from my main wallet. What can be done?
If a bill payment has failed but the amount has been debited from your main wallet, this amount will be reversed back in 24 working hours.
Do I get a commission on using the Bharat BillPay Service of BANKIT?
Yes, BANKIT offers a definite amount of commission to its Agents for using the BBP Service of BANKIT. However, the commission offered may vary.
What are the Prepaid Cards that are offered by BANKIT?
Prepaid Cards that BANKIT offers are the alternative for cash. One can use BANKIT Prepaid Card to make the payment instead of paying with cash.

How can I help my customers with BANKIT Prepaid Cards?
You can help your customers with the Prepaid Cards by activating their Prepaid Cards and reloading the cards whenever needed. The spending limit of BANKIT Prepaid Card with minimum KYC is 1 lakh rupees a year, i.e., 10,000/- per month, however, on complete KYC, your customer gets a spending limit of 15 lakh rupees a year, i.e., 5 lakh rupees per month.
What are Prepaid Cards used for?
Prepaid Cards can be used for anything. Prepaid Cards act like debit cards, but you need to load the cards beforehand. You can make payments offline or online and you can shop with Prepaid Cards. You can do anything with Prepaid Cards which you will do with the cash.
How much money can be withdrawn using AePS Service?
You can withdraw up to 10,000/- in one transaction using AePS. The withdrawal limit for a day/month varies from bank to bank. BANKIT also has a limit of adding up to only 15 bank accounts for the settlement service for AePS. Also, you can only make one transaction for a single person in 30 minutes. If you want to make another transaction for the same person, you can make it after 30 minutes.
What is the rate of Mini ATM Device at BANKIT?
BANKIT offers the Mini ATM device at the most economical rate of 1,899/- only.
