Mr. Nicholas Smedley, Chairman of FINDI holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and is a seasoned Investment Banker and M&A Advisor with 14 years of experience at UBS and KPMG. He has led transactions across the UK, Hong Kong, China, and Australia, including the A$9 billion defence of WMC Resources and a $65 million investment in catch.com.au. His expertise spans M&A, debt structuring, corporate governance, and innovation. He currently oversees investments in Property, Aged Care, Energy, Technology, and MedTech. Mr. Smedley serves as Executive Chairman of Respiri Limited (ASX: RSH) and as Non-Executive Director of AD1 Holdings Limited (ASX: AD1).

Deepak Verma is the Managing Director and CEO of FINDI, a leading provider of transaction management services in India. With over 20 years of experience in telecom and financial services, he has driven strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Previously, he was CFO at TSI for a decade, leading business planning, financial governance, EBITDA delivery, and fundraising. Earlier, at Bharti Airtel, he managed finance for Broadband, Data, and Retail, and served as Operations Controller at Kroll. A Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate from Delhi University, Deepak combines technical expertise with strategic vision to drive FINDI’s growth and innovation in transaction solutions.
